    thesun.co.uk has reported that an unnamed woman, who has been described as a ‘vulnerable single mother’, is suing her former boss for sexual battery and assault. The website cited TMZ.com as saying the Californian woman said the star “leveraged his power” over her and forced her to engage in unwanted rough sex, and added the lawsuit reportedly claims that the man spit on her and laughed when she begged him to stop. The “star” was said to have refused to wear contraception despite one of his recent sexual partners allegedly havd tested positive to HIV.
