After the Royal Family had thoroughly discussed the sexual assault with a minor allegations pertaining to Prince Andrew, all of Andrew’s roles were returned to the Queen to be redistributed to other Royal Family members. Andrews will also have to stop being addressed as “His Royal Highness” in an official capacity.
Buckingham Palace said in a statement: “With the Queen’s approval and agreement, the Duke of York’s military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to the Queen.”

Virginia Giuffre, now 38, has previously alleged that at the age 17 she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew on multiple occasions – at a London orgy and also on a private Caribbean island. Giuffre said, “I was recruited at a very young age from Mar-a-Lago and entrapped in a world that I didn’t understand and I’ve been fighting that very world to this day and I won’t stop fighting. I will never be silenced, until these people are brought to justice.”
Giuffre has publicly urged Andrew to “come clean” about the allegations of sexual assault with a minor, saying, “He knows exactly what he’s done and I hope he comes clean about it.”

Giuffre said that Andrew, now 61, had sexually abused her when she was a minor at the invitation of Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew is among many prominent men who were linked to the sexual scandals centered around the financier, who pleaded guilty in Florida to procuring an underage girl for prostitution but served less than 13 months in prison after a suspicious plea deal.

Epstein, 66, as arrested again on federal charges of trafficking of minors and was later found dead by hanging in his jail cell. The death was ruled a suicide.
Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations, stating that he did not participate in the sexual exploitation of minors or witness such behavior.
