Supreme Court Rules Against Louisiana Abortion Law

The United States Supreme Court has surprisingly struck down the Louisiana abortion law that required abortion doctors to have admitting privileges hospitals within 30 miles of a clinic.
In a 5-4 vote the U.S. Supreme Court strikes down Louisiana abortion law. Chief Justice John Roberts dissented in the otherwise 5-4 party line vote, siding with the liberals.
