Former ‘Charmed’ star Rose McGowan said she is going broke as she attempts to cover her legal fees, related to the payment she allegedly accepted for her silence after claiming Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her 20 years ago. McGowan went public about the incident in 2017.
