Alyssa Milano writes an open letter to Matt Damon about his Celebrity sex abuse scandal comments

Milano, 44, tweeted, “‘Dear Matt Damon, It’s the micro that makes the macro. (Thread)”

“We are in a “culture of outrage” because the magnitude of rage is, in fact, overtly outrageous. And it is righteous.”

Alyssa Milano said that she has been a victim of “every part of the sexual assault spectrum…They all hurt.”, and going on to comparing the “spectrum” to stages of cancer in that “some are more treatable than others. But it’s still the same disease”.

Damon had said previously that offenders such as Louis C.K that admit and apologize for sexual misconduct was at the other end of the spectrum to Harvey Weinstein, and should be treated as such.
